This villa is located on the west coast of Koh Samui approximately one kilometer to the North of Le Royal Meridien Hotel at Baan Taling Ngam. This part of the island is considered to be its tranquil side and generally has fewer residential developments. The house is approximately 50 meters from the beach and there are fine views to the west with unrivalled sunsets. The site has an area of approximately 3 Rai (4,800 sq.m.) of which about half is used to accommodate the villa which comprises two buildings. The first has, at ground level, a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite and a very spacious guest suite with its own living/dining area, kitchenette, en-suite bathroom in addition to the sleeping area. Both of these rooms open out on to the swimming pool deck. The level above consists of a very large living / dining room with open plan fully fitted kitchen. At this level there is also a guest toilet and a study. The second building is joined at the upper level by a raised walkway from the living/dining room. At The upper level is the spacious master bedroom suite with en-suite bahtroom and jacuzzi. Beneath this bedroom is a pool side wet bar with indoor toilet and shower unit.
