The 220 m2 fully air-conditioned two bedroom designer apartment comfortably accommodates four people with the option of an extra bed in either bedroom made available to guests.

Guests at The Heights Phuket can enjoy a wide range of recreational choices at the local club house, including a fitness center, a free-form infinity pool, lap pool, kid's pool, sun deck and jacuzzi. Whether looking for a casual swim or an invigorating workout, one can do so with the sparkling waters of the Andaman Sea as your backdrop.

The interiors are a true fusion of East & West. Large open terraces, expansive living areas, and the seamless spillover of indoor into outdoor spaces, reflect the modern-Asian design of the site with the aim to provide harmonious living in its true form. The kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and the living room all have unrestricted stunning views of the Andaman Sea.

The fully equipped ultra-modern kitchen has been fitted with highest quality built-in appliances including an automatic ice-maker to keep your refreshments cool at all times.

If tired and in need of a quiet evening at home you can relax in the comfortable giant sofa enjoying a movie on the 40 inch flat screen TV. With its 50 m2 the large open planned living room is the most likely place for guests to spend most of their time - enjoying breakfast at the dining table (for 6 people) or just relaxing in the lounge sofa, ideal for soaking up the sun during the day and enjoying the view at night.

The master bedroom has a large double bed, built-in wardrobes and an electric black-out system to ensure a perfect nights sleep. When freshening up in the spacious bathroom there are two sinks and you can choose from a walk-in glass shower or a bathtub. The second bedroom has two separate beds, built-in wardrobes, an electric black-out system as well as a separate complete bathroom.

• The Heights is ideally situated and within a short stroll down hill to two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata.
• Apart from great shopping, with everything from boutiques to street-side markets, Kata is recognized as having some of the best restaurants in Phuket. For spectacular sunsets we can recommend one of the hilltop restaurants above Kata, or the award winning Mom Tri’s Boathouse, just down the road.
• 55 minutes from the airport. Phuket town is a mere 25 minutes drive, Kata and its array of restaurants is 2 min away while Patong Beach, the main night life area of Phuket is 20 minutes drive.

• For weddings and private parties, a surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guest. Also the villa booking conditions may change such as the required minimum nights stay.
