JALIZA  offers its guests a perfect combination of beauty, authenticity and privacy. Surrounded by jungle landscape, the villa boasts stunning panoramic ocean views, interrupted only by the vast coconut groves between the property and Chaweng Noi beachfront. This stunning view of the ocean is visible from all living areas of the house, showcased by floor to ceiling sun-paradise sliding windows. A combination of natural and modern materials makes this contemporary designed villa a place of peace and tranquility, blending harmoniously into its surroundings.

The 800SqM villa offers a stylish and spacious living environment, adorned with a refreshingly minimalistic and stylish theme that runs throughout the property. On arrival, you will enter on the ground level and step into an open plan deluxe gourmet kitchen and living area. To the right is a state of the art kitchen with all amenities, including a large cooking island fitted microwave, double oven etc and seating area, and to the left will see a generously sized living area with a flat screen TV, satellite channels, internet and mobile WIFI sound system.

Upstairs comprises of three bedrooms; stunning master bedroom offering king size bed, sofa and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom offers twin beds with guest bathroom and the third bedroom en suite with a king-sized bed. Lower

ground floor offers further bedrooms, 2 bedrooms ensuite with king-sized beds and another double bedroom ensuite with a double and bunk bed. There is an open plan games room with Mirrored Yoga area, complete with pool table and mini fridge. All rooms open out onto a common balcony offering magnificent sea views.

The infinity swimming pool is equipped with 4 Jacuzzi jets and the adjacent Sala is surrounded by water canals set with lighting that illuminates the Buddha's head bringing a deep feeling of tranquility to anyone in her shadow.

Jaliza is a self catering Villa, with optional services available to make your stay even more comfortable and memorable. Guests are welcomed with drinks, fruit and basic supplies in the fridge.

Jaliza is perfect for events, honeymoon couples, groups, bridgeplayers, golfing groups and those who simply wish to sit back and relax without a care.

Airport transfers are complimentary and our Concierge will check you into Jaliza and assist you with any general questions, tour bookings or whatever your heart desires.

Villa JALIZA is located in the hills amongst the coconut groves of the Chaweng Noi rainforest, 850 metres from the nearest beach.

Chaweng Noi is conveniently located within a 12-minute drive from Koh Samui Airport and a 5-minute drive to the nearest supermarkets. Its a 3-minute drive to the Bangkok International Private Hospital. Villa JALIZA is safely situated in a gated community; a peaceful and quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the Samui nightlife.

• Electric: Included is a US$20 threshold, which is enough to run the Villa with 14 guests. *We reserve the right to charge Thb7/kwH if the electricity exceeds the threshold. Providing aircons are turned off when you go out you will never reach the threshold.

* Children aged 3 - 11 years of age using the bunk beds will incur an additional charge of USD 25 per night

Cancellation Policy

Low, High and Peak Seasons:

If cancelled 30 days or more before arrival date:

All Payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by reservations department.

The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved subject

to availability of the villa.

If cancelled within 30 days of arrival date:

All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa secures a reservation fully or partially covering the initial booking

Christmas and New year Period:

For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment

- All payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa secures a reservation partially or fully covering the initial booking

Security Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of US$1000 is required for each booking. Deposit is paid in cash to the Concierge at Check in and refunded in cash to the guest at Check out.
