Chai Talay Villas consists of three expansive villas that sit side by side on the unspoilt Lip Noi beach on the South West coast of Koh Samui. These stunning modern large villas can be rented individually or as a group which make them perfectly suited to large family holidays, group gatherings, conferences or private celebrations and weddings. With striking architecture, luxurious interiors, generous tropical gardens and soothing ocean views with indoor/outdoor designs to make the most of Samui's stunning sunsets, picturesque environment and white sand beaches.

The villas are each self-contained and individually designed with their own large private swimming pools, expansive private gardens and ponds.  Multi-lingual staff include managers, chefs, chauffeurs, child minders, cleaners, wait staff and security guards. The owners are making a commitment and leading the way in being actively eco-friendly by cutting out the use of single-use plastic, which is great news for environmentally conscious guests.

The tranquil tropical surroundings provide an exclusive hideaway feel, and the area is also home to the island’s internationally branded beach club, Nikki Beach. It’s only a 30 to 40-minute drive along the island’s north coast to Koh Samui International Airport, which also makes Lipa Noi a very convenient location for a private luxury beachside break.

Baan Kilee  (Sleeps: 8-18, Bedrooms: 8)

Baan Kilee occupies 30 metres of prime beach frontage with stunning sunsets enjoyed right from the villa's generous gardens and multiple terraces. The expansive and exclusive property accommodates up to 20 people in five totally independent villas and features an impressive grand master suite with kids bedroom incorporated, plus a further four master villas, all with ocean views. The villa boasts a range of innovative features that take open-plan design to new levels, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Baan Ora Chon (Sleeps: 8-14, Bedrooms: 6)

A 5-bedroom villa spread through generous, beautifully landscaped beachfront grounds, with a series of living and sleeping pavilions surrounding an indulgent 18 metre private pool. The villa’s lawned gardens extend to the beach, bordered by flowering tropical plants and peppered with towering palm trees. Comfortable cushioned loungers and sunbrellas are poised pool and beachside, beckoning long, slow, lazy days.

Baan Puri (Sleeps: 10-12, Bedrooms: 5)

A 6-bedroom villa where elegance meets rustic chic with a design that lends itself to complete privacy and privilege. The sheer size of the property makes it an excellent place to hold an event or entertain, while also allowing for more private pleasures. Wide, stone-tiled terraces and lawned private gardens offer a multitude of spots to  – relax in peace, with comfortable loungers, sun beds and sofas strategically placed to catch the breezes and views.

Located at Lipa Noi beach, 30 minutes form the airport and 40 minutes from Chaweng

In the Summer low tide season when the reef may dry for up to 100m, this opens the beach and reef up to all sorts of other activities such as beach volleyball or simply exploring the rock pools and collecting shellfish, a safe and ideal exciting activity for children. Channels for swimming and letting sea kayaks out still remain at low tide.

• The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy while the Villa Manager is available to cater to all Guests specific needs and help organize activities, massage and spa treatment as well as communication with the Thai chef and dealing with any matter arising at the villa
• Our Guest Relations & Concierge team will visit guests during their stay (usually the day after check in) to further help ensuring guests have a pleasant stay or address any matters arising at the villa
