Overlooking the sublime coastal view of Koh Samui, Chaweng Noi, Pool Villas 1 & 2 are two semi detached villas that are built over two levels offering affordable and comfortable accommodation, which can be rented as one or two separate units. Thanks to the elevated position guests will enjoy endless views of the surrounding tropical hillside and the spectacular views out to sea day and night for unforgettable island memories.

The properties are fully furnished, using stone floors and tasteful decor with well thought out living and dining areas plus fully equipped kitchens. There are 4 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms per property making them an ideal choice for couples or even small families in search of an enchanting escape away from the bustle of the tourism areas but within very easy reach. Modern facilities such as True Vision Satellite TV, Free Internet Wifi, plus media centre Both properties also have their own private 8 meter infinity pools, with a decorative waterfall feature. The poolside terrace that is accessed from the living areas provide the perfect place to relax away the days in stylish pool side seating or enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner beneath the stars on the terrace with ample space and seating.

Chaweng Noi  Pool Villas 1 & 2 are nestled overlooking Chaweng Noi beach area, with access from private concrete road (10-15 mins walk to nearest beach) and 20 mins to Airport by car.

Daily Rates for the entire house:

LOW SEASON  (500 USD) per night    (16 MARCH TO 30 JUNE 16 SEPT TO 14 DEC)

HIGH SEASON (650 USD) per night    (1 JUL TO 15 SEPT),  (1 FEB TO 14 MARCH)

PEAK SEASON (800 USD) per night    (15 DEC TO 31 JAN)

• Payment is (50% deposit) and Full Balance 30 days before arrival.
• For weddings and private parties, a surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guest. Also the villa booking conditions may change such as the required minimum nights stay.
