Laemsingh beach just before the hills of Kamala. Looking across Surin Bay at
Amanpuri, the most exclusive hotel in the world, this private gated development
comprises of 5 stunning luxury ocean front villas. Laemsingh Villa Estate offers

Laemsingh Villa D

Laemsingh Villa D is a gorgeous 4-bedroom villa with a stunning aspect of Surin
beach and the super yachts, which moor there. The villa works well for groups and
couples and families with older children.

Entrance Level
As you enter the villa you are welcomed by folding open windows, which offer an
indoor/outdoor affect opening out to the pond and water area.

Room B
Is located to the left of the villa entrance. It is a beautiful airy, light and large room
with four-poster king size canopy bed. The French windows provide a gorgeous sea
view and open up to the terrace and garden pool area. The en suite features a
large sunken bathtub, rain shower and double basins.

Living Sala
The welcoming living sala has incredible views out towards Surin bay and the
Andaman Sea. Comfortable sofas and armchairs create the perfect spot for
watching a movie on the state of the art cinema screen. The living room balcony
has chilled banquets to relax and enjoy the stunning views elevated just above the
swimming pool. To the right of the living sala is the al fresco dining area with a
shaded canopy and fans. To the left of the sala is the outside grassed garden area
with sunset sala and 20 metre infinity swimming pool. Next to the pool are stairs,
which lead down to the lower area of the villa.

Upper floor Master Room
This large room has floor to ceiling French doors with views out to the ocean and a
large balcony area. The room has a stunning traditional Thai wooden clad roof,
walk in wardrobe and study area. There is Apple TV, cable and a DVD player to
enjoy movies from the super king size bed. The gorgeous terrazzo bathroom features
duel vanities, rain shower and a large bathtub.

Lower level
An external staircase leads to a large open grassed area. All rooms on the lower
level enjoy a garden view.

Playroom/Extra room
The playroom offers a fun separate area for the kids to watch movies. This room can
also be converted to an extra bedroom for 1 more person.

Room C
This bright room has a queen sized bed and bunk beds. The bathroom has a small
bathtub with rain shower and hand held shower.

Room D
Similar in size to room C, this room has a king sized bed which looks out to the lush
garden area. The bathroom has a small bathtub with rain shower and hand held
shower.

• Daily rates range from US$850 to 2,500 depending on season and occupancy. Reduce occupancy rates available except in Prime and Peak period

• Rates shown are for a maximum of 10 Adults 4 children.
• Airport transfer: US$ 55 plus tax(7%) per trip for a maximum of 7passengers including luggage in private mini bus
• For weddings and private parties, a surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guest. Also the villa booking conditions may change such as the required minimum nights stay. Separate Terms and Conditions may apply for any wedding or private parties held in a villa and will be confirmed at the time of your booking.

• The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy while the Villa Manager is available to cater to all Guests specific needs and help organize activities, massage and spa treatment as well as communication with the Thai chef and dealing with any matter arising at the villa
• Pool & Bath Towels are provided and changed as necessary. We do appreciate our guests help to conserve water usage and thus sustaining our pristine island environment
