Laemsingh Villa A

Entrance Level
Villa A is a stunning villa, which juts out on the peak of the peninsula and offers
breath-taking uninterrupted sea views. The villa décor mixes Asian, modern and art
deco harmoniously to form the perfect Eurasian haven. This villa is very special.

To the left of the entrance is the first of 2 beautiful infinity pools. You can dine under
the shade poolside at the large table which seats 10. A terrace area with sundeck
chairs and lounges to kick back and enjoy the rays hugs the generous sized pool.
An external staircase links to the lower level lap pool and generous balcony area.
There is also a restroom and shower on this entrance level. Stairs ascend to the upper
level rooms D and E from here.

To the right of the entrance is the living sala which offers an inside air-con dining
option. This large room comprises of sofas and lounge seating to enjoy movies and
relax in the heat of the day. The far end of the living sala boasts an impressive
balcony area with the best spot in the villa to enjoy sundowners with arguably the
best view on the island. The living sala leads down to Bedrooms A and C.

Lower Level (right side) Master Room A
Double wooden doors open to a sea view, which welcomes you to the master
room. This large room offers a king size bed, private outside lounging area, direct
access to the lower pool and a sofa and lounging area. The sea views continue to
the en suite bathroom with large sunken bath, rain shower, hand held shower and
double vanities.

Lower Level (right side) Room C
Next to the master room A, Room C has a sea view, private balcony and features a
curtained area with a baby cot. The en suite bathroom has a rain shower and
double vanities.

Lower Level (Left side) Cinema Room
The cinema room with karaoke system is found on the lower level with old Asian
movie posters framing the walls.

Lower Level (Left side) Master Room B
As with Master Room A this room offers direct access to the lower lap pool area,
large en suite with sunken bath, rain shower, handheld shower and double vanities.
The bedroom has a king sized bed and build in double bunk beds which is perfect
for families. There is also a sofa area for relaxing.

Upper Level
Room D has a breathtaking elevated sea view. This modest room with elegant
décor allows the view to do the talking. The en suite features a rain shower.

Room E is a lovely room with a garden view of the amazing thai herbs, spices and
vegetables cultivated by the chef for you.

• Airport transfer: US$ 55 plus tax(7%) per trip for a maximum of 7passengers including luggage in private mini bus
• For weddings and private parties, a surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guest. Also the villa booking conditions may change such as the required minimum nights stay.
