Villa Amanzi; literally meaning ‘water’ is a magnificent 6 bedroom pool villa located high on Kata Noi hill, looking directly along Kata Noi beach and out to the Andaman Sea. This modern pool villa has it all, luxury, privacy, security and serenity.

The elevation of Villa Amanzi not only provides superb views but is often embraced by cooling breezes to create the perfect environment for living in this tropical climate.

There are a number of living spaces both in and outdoors. The magnificent dining sala by the pool is perfect for al fresco dining and the large open deck surrounding the infinity pool further enhances the truly magical quality of Villa Amanzi and its surrounds.

The lounge and dining areas complete with a professional bar are perfect for entertaining or relaxing while you listen to the mesmerizing sounds of the stone waterfall that cascades down and invites you to relax in splendor.
