Trisara situated on both our northern and southern oceanfront headlands, a number of magnificent privately owned residential villas have been developed by Trisara, sold to individuals and are available for rent as part of the resort.

These residential villas feature between 2 to 4 bedrooms, larger private swimming pools and various configurations of private living and dining pavilions. Most of the residential villas are a quick walk from the resort beach and restaurants and electric buggies are also available.

Live-in maids and a cook provide the services of housekeeping and dining. In addition, villa management team is dedicated to offering guests seamless service, from meal planning, housekeeping,parties and arrangements for activities or excursions.

All private pool villas are either oceanfront or are set within tropical forest overlooking the sea and are perfect for families or groups of friends to rent and enjoy the privacy of a wonderful home while being steps from the resort's facilities and restaurant etc, enjoying an integrated operational system.

Thirty nine pool suites and villas, guest facilities and 19 residential villas sit within 40 acres of gardens that rise gently from the 1,400 meters of absolute ocean frontage, ensuring total privacy in each villa or suite. The property is well secured as there is only one protected and guarded road entrance.

• 22 individual one bedroom Pool Villas offer 240 square meters of total space, including the private 10-meter infinity pool, teak sundecks, outdoor shower and 96 square meter bedroom. The pool villas are categorized as either oceanfront or ocean view pool villas.
   
• 12 Ocean View Pool Rooms are set higher above the ocean view pool villas, all enjoying expansive sea views. The Pool Room comprises a 50 square metre internal bedroom plus outdoor shower, teak pool deck and a private 4 meter plunge pool. Each Pool Room has a private entrance walkway and shares one common wall with the adjoining Pool Room. Two Pool Rooms together can be rented as one 2 bedroom unit for small families, as many of them connect, and the partition between the 2 pool decks can be removed.
   
• 3 private Ocean View Spa Pool Suites sit higher above the bay with wonderful sea views. The 230 square meter suites comprise the private bedroom with en-suite and outdoor shower, and a separate living room and its own spa treatment bathroom. A 9 meter infinity pool and open decks make this suite perfect for couples or families, as the living room daybeds convert to twin beds.
   
• 2 x Two Bedroom Oceanfront Pool Villas are situated directly above the bay, with absolute ocean-frontage, consisting of two bedrooms both with en-suite and outdoor showers and a large central dining and living space, all under one roof. This living areas leads out to the pool decks and 10 meter private pool. These are the most private villas and have the most open sea views. Perfect for small families.

Thoughtful details in all accommodation include oversized bathtubs, silent air-conditioning, outdoor showers, separate, plasma / LCD screen TVs, DVD players, surround sound stereo and complimentary WIFI / high-speed broadband.

• From US$ 1,910 for 2 bedrooms reduced occupancy in high and low seasons; US$ 4,095 to 5,780 for the entire house depending on seasons
• Daily rates include a full time Thai Chef (food cost on Guests account)
• Minimum stay of 3 nights (7 nights over Christmas or New Year and 10 nights over both holidays, 5 nights for Chinese New Year, Easter and Songkran)
• Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
• Airport transfer: US$ 55 plus tax(7%) per trip for a maximum of 7passengers including luggage in private mini bus

• The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy while the Villa Manager is available to cater to all Guests specific needs and help organize activities, massage and spa treatment as well as communication with the Thai chef and dealing with any matter arising at the villa
• Bed linen is changed every third day
• Pool & Bath Towels are provided and changed as necessary. We do appreciate our guests help to conserve water usage and thus sustaining our pristine island environment
• On site Thai Chef (Thai cuisine and Western favorites) with shopping list available. Food cost on Guests account. Terms & Conditions may apply for chef service
