• Daily rates for one bedroom-Deluxe Suites from US$ 636 to 796; Grand Suites from US$ 677 to 850;  Garden Villa from US$ 799 to 1,015; Impiana Villa from US$ 860 to 1,097; Honeymoon Villa from US$921 to 1,180; Family Villa from US$ 982 to 1,262 and two bedrooms Royal Villa from US$ 1,205 to 1,563 depend on season
• In case of VAT increase, the hotel reserved the right to adjust the rate accordingly
• Extra bed will be charged at USD 63 per night
• Child under 12 years joining parents free of charge for the existing bed will be charged for Breakfast at USD 13 net per person (Maximum 1 child)
• Airport transfer: US$ 55 plus tax(7%) per trip for a maximum of 7passengers including luggage in private mini bus
• For weddings and private parties, a surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guest. Also the villa booking conditions may change such as the required minimum nights stay.
