The Upper Level acts as the villa’s entertainment and living areas. This level of Villa Rak Tawan features Phuket’s best collection of Asian themed antiques and paintings. The Western-style kitchen, with fixtures by Gaggenau, feature all the desirable conveniences found in the best European homes. A large, elegant dining room set conveniently nearby can comfortably seat ten guests. Privately hidden, you will find an elegant and secluded bedroom featuring a luxurious balcony overlooking the sea.
 
The Middle Level is a haven for entertaining and relaxing, designed around the decadent 16-meter long infinity pool. The two bedrooms on this level are set apart at opposite ends of the pool, each with its own shaded area for private romancing and relaxation. Also on this level you’ll find a fully stocked cocktail bar between two separate areas with extensive lounge seating and a large table suitable for the ultimate in outdoor dining.

The office is spacious and inviting with lovely sea views. It has been designed for quiet studies or family relaxing, and offers a sofa settee with pullout bed perfect for the younger members of the family. The estate features wireless Internet, indoor/outdoor sound systems, satellite plasma flat screen television in the main living area, covered parking for four vehicles, 24-hour security, full laundry and housekeeping service and a private chef. A professional Thai-style kitchen is also available for private Thai cooking classes during your stay

Rates:

- Rates from US$ 1,200 to 5,500 depending on season

- Daily rates include full time live in staff and Thai Chef

- Rates shown are for a maximum of 12 (twelve) Guests 

- All rates are per night

- The villa rates are at six bedroom rates, but smaller groups can be arranged

- Refundable security deposit: $2,500

Minimum stay:

- 3 nights all year

- Christmas  (18th December-27th December)  minimum 7 night stay

- New Year (27th December-9th January) minimum 10 night stay

- Chinese New Year & Easter minimum  5 night stay at full bedroom rate

Currency and Taxes:

- All rates are quoted in US dollar ($) and include taxes

- Airport transfer: US$ 55 plus tax(7%) per trip for a maximum of 7passengers including luggage in private mini bus *subject to change

- Baby cot provided free of charge *subject to conditions 

- Rates exclude daily Continental breakfast

- For weddings and private parties, a surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guest. Also the villa booking conditions may change such as the required minimum nights stay.
