Villa Name: The Headland Villa 2

Nestled on a headland overlooking an idyllic white sandy beach, The Headland Villa 2 is part of one of Samui's most exclusive and private estate of just six properties, known for their infinity pools with sunsets over what is often described as the best view on Samui, the serenity and nature of the location and tasteful combination of Asian accents and contemporary design.

Villa 2 is built on split levels, with an infinity pool and a lounge on the lower terrace and the living area on the higher terrace, giving it space, unmatched privacy, beautiful open views and a refreshing gentle breeze in the warm afternoons. Vibrant tropical foliage and decades-old, tall lush trees provide a tranquil ambiance and much appreciated shade during the hot summers.

Sweeping views of the Five Islands and Ang Thong National Marine Park can be enjoyed from both levels. From the deck overlooking the pool, simply relax with a glass of wine or an exotic cocktail while experiencing stunning sunsets.

With several lounge areas on the upper terrace and around the pool, Villa 2 offers intimacy in cozy corners to relax in the shade, laze in the sun or indulge in a traditional Thai massage with the soothing sound of the sea in the background.

Villa 2 is designed to cater to a family, a honeymoon couple or a group of friends and organized around two thatched roof pavilions overlooking the pool and the incredible view. The first pavilion has 2 bedrooms with spacious en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and doors leading to a private courtyard garden, one with a four-poster, white-draped bed, and the other one with either twin beds or a king-size bed. The second pavilion has a large open living/dining area, fully equipped open kitchen with modern appliances and a comfy TV room on the mezzanine. The latter can be used as an additional bedroom with either twin beds or a king-size bed, with its own bathroom downstairs, so the villa can comfortably accommodate up to six people if required.

The villa offers an open concept with large folding glass doors that open on all sides of the pavilions and the outdoors seamlessly connect with the indoors, typical of Asian tropical living. With pleasing white and earth tones, an understated elegance and discrete interior design contrasting expertly with lush exterior aesthetics and Thai antiques, Villa 2 is your perfect contemporary tropical home.

The Headland Villas offer direct access to the beach through a private staircase a few steps away from the villas’ entrance.

Please kindly note 'The Headland Villa 2' is not recommended for children under the age of 8 for safety reasons.

• Daily rates from US$450 to US$850 depending on season
• Minimum stay of 3 nights (7 nights over Christmas or New Year and 10 nights over both holidays, 5 nights for Chinese New Year, Easter and Songkran)
• Rates shown are for a maximum of 4 (four) Guests (including children). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night
• Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax

• Airport transfers: Inclusive to nightly rates for registered guest only, round trip transfers are provided to either airport/ferry on the day of arrival and departure. *Transfers are subject to certain conditions that may include a limit to the maximum number of passengers per vehicle at one time, a maximum number of vehicles per group or slight waiting times for groups with different arrival/departure times to be considered. Please ask for details at the time of your booking for more details on transport for the villa.

• Our guest relations & concierge team will visit guests during their stay (usually the day after check in) to further help ensuring guests have a pleasant stay or address any matters arising at the villa
• The Villa Manageress is available to attend to your needs
• Bed linen is changed every third day, while towels are changed as necessary
• Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary
