The luxurious Miskawaan
Estate, part of Samui Villas & Homes’ (SVH) ‘The Signature
Collection’, is preparing to welcome VIPS from Land Rover Thailand in
Bangkok during the week of the Koh Samui Regatta, 27 May – 2 June.
Three of the eight showpiece properties at Miskawaan will host the team
of senior executives for two nights as part of a ‘Land Rover
Experience’ VIP event planned to coincide with the Regatta, of which
Land Rover Thailand is a Co-Sponsor.
The brand new Miskawaan
Estate is one of the latest additions to the prestigious The Signature
Collection managed by beach villa specialist SVH, the 2006 Winner of
Best Agent at the Thailand Property Awards and also an Island Sponsor
of the Koh Samui Regatta. This stunning development enjoys a prime
beachfront location on Maenam Bay on Samui’s tranquil North coast and

bringing 20 of its latest vehicles to the event. The participation in
the event reflects Land Rover’s ‘Experiential Marketing’ strategy, a
tangible step in getting close to its customer base and giving them the
opportunity to try the products in all terrains. Land Rover will also
provide extraordinary driving experiences and activities. Race goers
and guests alike will have the chance to explore and enjoy stunning
views of Samui with Land Rover’s Discovery 3, Range Rover Sport and
Range Rover models. Expert instructors will be helping everyone to
learn the ropes of piloting a Land Rover vehicle off road.
Additionally, an exclusive ‘Land Rover Experience’ event will be held
at the luxurious Miskawaan Estate.
The now famous Koh Samui
Regatta is already attracting a lot of interest from across Asia with
yacht entries expected to number up to 35. Classes are expected to
include Racing, Premier Cruising, IRC, Multihull and a Charter or Club
Class. In addition, a new One Design Class already has a guaranteed
fleet of 6 Firefly Sports 850’s that faced off recently at the Royal
Langkawi Regatta.
