SVH Services - Property Maintenance and Estate Management

SVH Services was created late 2004 to initially address the need for a prompt and reliable maintenance service in the villas managed by Samui Villas & Homes. Then on, the company is providing 3 different levels of service.

Maintenance for properties managed by Samui Villas & Homes

The company provides on call 24/7 services with several team of technicians operating from 2 office locations (Bophut and Lipa Noi).

SVH Services also runs the yearly maintenance schedule for some of the properties ensuring that such preventive work will pertain the quality of the properties and help increase their appreciation.

Services to individual owners

SVH Services provides on call or monthly services to others individual owners. These services may include:

• Full gardening/landscaping service
• Pool maintenance
• Servicing of air conditioning units
• Drain cleaning
• Electrical works
• General plumbing
• Technical check ups
• Property management
• 24hr call-out service

Estate Management

Since 2006, we are providing the Estate Management service for the following beach front projects:

• The Emerald Residence (three 2-3 bed villas);
• Dhevatara Cove (six 5 bedrooms villas).
• Dhevatara Residence (eight 4 bedrooms villas).
• SVH Services is currently bidding to provide similar management to other prestigous estates
