Construction Management- Monitor all aspects of the construction stages
- Check that contractor follows the agreed specification
- Produce brief regular reports
- Visit the site on a frequent basis
- Monitor time schedules
- Hold regular meetings with the contractors
- Monitor budgets
- Control work quality/accuracy (within parameters of the contract)
- Check and commission on contractors completion of individual elements
